Computed precisely: zoom 11, lat 48.5667, lon 13.4319. x_norm = (lon+180)/360 = 0.5373, x_tile = 1100.41 -> floor 1100 y_norm = 0.3452, y_tile = 707.07 -> floor 707 Previously had 1099/706 which placed the centre one tile west and one tile south of Passau. User observed the tile content was 'vertauscht' — it was correct ESRI imagery of a different geographic location (near Schärding), not Passau itself.
