## Needed hardware - 2* 51110 axial bearing (ID= 50mm, OD=70mm, H=14mm) - 6* M4 heatset inserts (Ruthex style) - 6* M4x25mm socket head screws (DIN 912 / ISO 4762) ## Printing Simply print all files with the orientation in the 3MF file. Only the base and the bearing clamp need supports. ## Preparation - Remove supports - Clean outside of bearings from oil/grease - Grind running slope of “Base” lightly to get a smooth surface for the swatches to run on - Install heatset inserts into "Top" ## Assembly 1. Lay “Top” on the table (bottom side up) 2. Mount first bearing 3. Mount “Base” onto “Top” 4. Mount second bearing 5. Mount “Bearing Clamp” 6. Screw in M4x25 tightly - don't overtighten them. I used thread locker and didn't tighten them all the way so the bearings are running easier.
